Privacy Policy

Enquiry details. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address and phone number. The form opens your own email client, so the message is sent directly to me by email.

Analytics data. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pseudonymised usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, browser and referring source.

Technical data. The hosting provider processes standard server data (such as IP address and request time) as needed to deliver and secure the site.

• To respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss working together — legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• To keep records of business correspondence — legal basis: legitimate interest and, where applicable, legal obligations.
• To measure how the site is used and improve it — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.

I do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers acting on my behalf: the website hosting provider, my email provider, and Google (Google Analytics) where you have consented. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to three years afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics (up to 14 months). Cookie consent choices are stored in your browser for up to 12 months.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing hubert@hubertmanikowski.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
