My story

I believe that sustainable international growth is built on strong partnerships, operational discipline and commercial excellence—not on chance.

For the past 15 years, I have worked across the MedTech industry, helping companies expand internationally, strengthen commercial organizations and develop long-term distribution partnerships.

My career has given me a unique perspective across the healthcare ecosystem. I started as Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer of a medical device distribution company, where I worked closely with the team to develop and manage the business. I then joined a medical device manufacturer, collaborating with international teams and distribution partners to support business development across global markets. Most recently, I partnered with management and cross-functional teams at one of Poland's leading medical device distributors, contributing to commercial initiatives, business development and international growth.

Today, I work as an independent International Growth Partner, supporting founder-led MedTech companies and medical device distribution companies in building scalable commercial organizations, strengthening commercial and distribution networks, and expanding into international markets.
